To benefit from these special rates, HPCS 2013 attendees can make reservations by contacting the hotel reservation department, indicating the reservation code “HPCS 2013 MTG”. There is a limited number of rooms reserved for the conference, they are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. The reservation cut-off date is JUNE 07, 2013 at 6:00 p.m GMT+3 (EXTENDED). After this date, the hotel will take reservations at the conference rates based on space availability.
